Could someone give me a sample of what it would look with with an Agilent VNA? Would for example "Agilent" be spelt as "AGILENT" or "Agilent"? I'm not going to bother trying to include USB controlled devices like my FieldFox which is on order.
At the moment i'm facing the same situation as theamberco: a custom CalKit was sent to the FieldFox and is listed in DataLink using "show files" but neither the new connector family nor the Kit itself show up in the Calibration menu on the FieldFox. Same problem with other CalKits in .xkt-Format as the 85033-SMA.xkt Dave listed above.
FieldFox (including N9923A) saves one network analyzer calset per saved state. This calset applies to NA type modes, including VVM and CAT modes. Therefore, the method for achieving what you want is to perform instrument setup (including frequencies) and calibration, then save the instrument state.
For Fieldfox N9923A, i can just insert the 2 output ports from my DUTs to Port 1 and Port 2 of fieldfox and will display the phase and amplitude different between my 2 DUT? is there any diagram on how to measure phase tracking between 2 channel?
I wish Agilent would pay me for finding FieldFox bugs - I would be a rich man. It would appear that there needs to be at least two calibration kits of the same connector type before any of the calibration kits of that connector type are shown in the menus.
